Why I like it: The first Wynns Michael ever made was from the 1955 vintage and according to James Halliday, still in the top 5 Australian wines he has ever tasted. And lets be honest he has tasted plenty. This 2015 is still remarkably youthful and has plenty of time left in the cellar, but also awesome to drink now with grilled ocean trout or lamb backstrap.
