Seppelt Drumborg Riesling 2026 - From one of Australia's great cool-climate vineyards in Henty. Brilliantly fresh, with zesty citrus, crisp green apple and that unmistakable mineral edge. A Riesling with energy to burn. Spring in a glass.

Saltram Winemakers Selection Fiano 2025 - An Italian grape with a distinctly Australian accent. Textural, aromatic and bursting with citrus and stone fruit. A terrific alternative to Sauvignon Blanc when you want something a little more interesting.

Coldstream Hills Beenak Chardonnay 2025 -Single vineyard Yarra Valley Chardonnay with its Sunday best on. Elegant, precise and beautifully balanced, with white peach, citrus and a lovely fine line through the mouth. Sophisticated without showing off. Award winner.

Devilish Pinot Noir 2024  - A little devil of a Pinot Noir. Juicy red cherries, bright berries and soft, silky tannins. Light enough for a sunny afternoon, serious enough for the dinner table. Don't overthink it. Just enjoy it.

Pepperjack Malbec 2024 - A very smart little Malbec from Mendoza in Argentina.  Plush dark fruits, a generous mouthfeel and smooth tannins. Big on flavour, easy on the palate. Fire up the barbecue.

W. Salter & Son Old Vine Grenache 2024 - Old vines - 60 years to be exact, new appreciation. Grenache is having its moment, and this shows why. Fragrant red fruits, a touch of spice and a beautiful, supple finish. All the charm of the Barossa without the heavyweight attitude.
