Why I like it: 

From one of the Barossa’s founding names, the Saltram Edward Salter Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a nod to the man who first championed Cabernet at the estate and it shows. Deep, powerful and unmistakably Barossa, it layers cassis, dark berries and subtle spice with a savoury edge and finely tuned tannins. It walks the line beautifully between richness and restraint, making it just as impressive now as it will be with time in the cellar. A serious Cabernet with both pedigree and presence.
