Why I like it: One doesn’t think of the Yarra Valley when thinking Sauvignon Blanc. I do. Not as obvious or as "pungent" as those from New Zealand, but this wine had great roundness and richness in the front of the mouth and lovely stabilising acidity through the mouth. Lively and well suited to creamy pasta sources.
