Why I like it: Leo Buring was one of the first premium riesling producers. Since releasing their first wines in the 1940's, the Leo Buring winery has been home to some of the countries leading riesling winemakers and today the wines are under the care of the super talented Marie Clay. This Eden Valley wine is superb and ridiculous value.
