Why I like it: A classic Margaret River cabernet from an outstanding vintage. Sourced from mature vineyards in Wilyabrup, the wine finished fermentation and was then matured in a combination of new and seasoned French oak. Enormous flavour now and will age super well for at least 15 years. A must in the cellar.
