Why I like it: Prosecco is made from the Glera grape and hails from the Veneto region of northern Italy.  Prosecco is typically made using the Charmat method, preserving freshness, fruit purity and vibrancy. Australian Prosecco has found a natural home in cooler Victorian regions where the grape thrives in moderate climates.
